Accessibility Statement

Q-Feeds is committed to making its website usable for everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies.

Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to find information about our threat intelligence products and services, regardless of ability or the technology they use. We continually work to improve the accessibility and usability of this website and to apply relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, which also forms the basis of the European standard EN 301 549. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor and cognitive impairments.

This website has been designed with accessibility in mind: it uses semantic HTML, a skip link and clear landmarks, keyboard-reachable controls with visible focus states, descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images, and colour contrast that meets WCAG AA.

Scope

This statement applies to the public Q-Feeds marketing website at qfeeds.com. Our separate Threat Intelligence Portal and other authenticated applications are outside the scope of this statement.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible:

  • Embedded third-party widgets: customer review widgets are provided by an external service and their accessibility is partly outside our control.
  • Downloadable documents: some whitepapers and manuals in our downloads section are PDFs that may not meet all accessibility criteria. We can provide the information in an alternative format on request.

We are working to address these limitations as part of our ongoing improvements.
